Brooster Shiraz is made in a new world, Australian style. It
has good balance and is a very approachable red wine. Rich in
color, medium body with coffee undertones.

This is a warmer coastal climate Shiraz that makes a great
every day wine. It can hold its own with many dishes but
excels with Bar B Q meals “Fighting Varietals” were some
of the first wines to carry varietal names, yet sell at
affordable prices. The category is well represented by
Brooster Shiraz.
