This wine is 100% Chardonnay made
entirely from our managed vineyards in Los Alamos in
northern Santa Barbara County. It was handpicked from a
portion of the vineyard that has well drained soils that are
ideal for this variety. Yields were limited to produce a
highly flavored wine. The richness of this wine results
from the fruit, the oak barrels and special fermentation
process.

Santa Barbara County is widely regarded as one of the
leading appellations for Chardonnay. It has a distinctive
flavor that combines fruitfulness with a full body and
thickness.

Citrus and ripe grapefruit are prevalent descriptors of this
wine, along with balanced buttery finish that comes from
just the right amount of French Oak.
